Returns & Exchanges

At Bad Workwear, we stand by the durability of our gear, but if your fit isn't right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the quality of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
